Its very easy to cancel or reschedule your appointment on the site. When you log in, go to HISTORY and it will show you all your previous and future appointments. Click the RED BIN ICON to cancel your appointment OR THE ORANGE RESHEDULE button to change your appointment.​​​

**YOU CAN CANCEL UP TO ONE HOUR BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME, THIS ALLOWS CUSTOMERS ON THE CANCELLATION  WATCH LIST TO BE AUTOMATICALLY CONTACTED AND OFFERED YOUR APPOINTMENT**
